Lihsa: a well thought out inter-urban transport service for the Haute-Savoie

The local council is responsible for organising, within the department, the road transportation of passengers as well as special school transport routes, beyond city limits (Domestic Transport Orientation Law of 1982 and decentralisation laws of 1983). This is a public service mission towards which it allocates a substantial portion of its budget each year (50 million Euros in 2010).
